THE Mid-Antrim Museum is currently running its first education programme in its new premises at The Braid.
The Distant Past programme offers a stimulating, hands on session using real and replica objects to investigate the lives of Mesolithic and Neolithic people in mid-Antrim.

The 'Mid-Antrim Primary Education Programme' is committed to providing an innovative programme of learning activities for schools in an environment which is welcoming and friendly.

All activities are linked to the National Curriculum and cover a range of subjects.

This academic year teachers can choose from The Distant Past, Innovation and Impact, The Victorian and Air Raid Alert.
For more details about the programme, which runs until November 21, just telephone Noreen on 2563 5925.
