Man U trophies for Galgorm Castle charity event

THERE will be a double dose of football AND golf fever at Galgorm Castle Golf Club on Sunday with the arrival of Manchester United's official replica trophies.
The official Manchester United replica trophies will be taking pride of place at the George Best Exhibition, which will be held at Galgorm Castle, along side a Celebrity Golf Invitational and Family Fun day.

The exhibition will chart George's glittering football career and set to be a must for any Manchester United and George Best fan.

The George Best Celebrity Golf Invitational will involve 30 celebrities including Mike England, Willie Thorne, Kris Akabusi, Robert Powell, Gary Webster, Coronation Street stars Trevor Dwyer-Lynch and Alan Halsall.

Members of the public are not only invited along to watch the stars, drive, putt or perhaps even slice or hook their shots on the course, but can also enjoy a fantastic Family Fun Day in the grounds of Galgorm Castle.

The action packed day, from 11.00am - 5.00pm, will include inflatable Sumo suits, falconry, assault courses, tractor show, archery, putting green and football shoot-out.

The public are invited to watch the George Best Celebrity Golf Event and take part in the Family Fun activities from 11.00am -5.00pm.

Entrance fee, £3 per adult, £1.50 per child, family ticket (includes 3 children) £8. The George Best Exhibition at Galgorm Castle will also be open to the public from 11.00am- 5.00pm, entrance fee £3 per adult and £1.50 per child.
