Aware hosts public talk

LOCAL voluntary organisation Aware Defeat Depression will be hosting a public talk and information event in The Braid Arts Centre, Bridge Street, Ballymena on Thursday, October 16 at 8pm.
The group provides support and information to all those affected by depression, including sufferers and family members, and the public event will feature a talk by guest speaker Dr Nuala Brady, Clinical Psychologist, Northern Health and Social Care Trust.

Dr Brady's talk will consider ‘Promoting Positive Mental Health'.

At the conclusion of the talk, there will be an opportunity to ask questions. Admission is free and everyone is very welcome to attend. A range of information literature about depression will also be available.
